Equal Justice Conference 2026 Highlights
We just got back from the Equal Justice Conference and the conversations at our JusticeServer booth were energizing, candid, and clarifying.
Executive Directors, Program Leaders, and Operations teams from across the country told us what’s holding their organizations back. Six themes came through loud and clear:
- Pro bono work is still living in spreadsheets eating up staff time that should go toward clients.
- Reporting is broken, and the stakes are high. Scattered data makes it nearly impossible to quantify impact, tell the mission story, or secure funding. That’s not just an inconvenience. It’s a barrier to justice.
- The community wants a true 360° client view every interaction, touchpoint, and outcome visible in one place over time.
- Integration matters. Tools that connect without needing a development team to make it happen.
- AI? Yes but responsible and sensible. For task automation and workflow efficiency. Not for legal advice. Technology that empowers people, not replaces their judgment.
- Safe, secure data sharing across organizations, whether for referrals, collaborative intake, or regional coordination.
