What’s New in Justiceserver This Summer
Legal aid teams don’t have time to waste on clunky intake screens or conflict checks that leave gaps. We built Justiceserver’s Summer 2026 release to address exactly that — and it’s one of the more significant updates we’ve shipped to date.
Two things are getting a serious upgrade:
A modern, flexible intake experience
We’re rebuilding the classic intake wizard from the ground up as modern, configurable components, without losing the logic your team already trusts. You can arrange, reorder, or skip screens to match your organization’s actual process, not the other way around.
Faster, more complete conflict checks
Our already sophisticated conflict search and ranking system is now even more powerful! It’s configurable without code: Add your own match criteria, set scoring weights, and decide how many results you want to see. Plus, conflict checking now runs multiple searches in parallel instead of one big query, so results are more thorough.
We designed both updates to save staff time, reduce risk, and give your organization more control over how intake and conflict checking actually work — no rip-and-replace required.
